Remington (previously Dutch) was adopted in December 2016, since then he has become a Hokie pup and currently lives with me in Blacksburg while I attend vet school at Virginia Tech! He gets to be the guinea pig as I practice all the fun stuff I learn in lab. He is so patient with everyone and loves to play with people and other animals whenever he can. He LOVES cuddles!! Remi also got to celebrate his first birthday in July, with lots of extra toys! There is never a dull moment with him around and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made. Pit bulls get a bad rep and I can say I have never had a more loyal companion and can't wait to have more adventures! Thank you for all that you do in trying to rescue these animals! Thank you SO much for this update, and best of luck on your journey to becoming a veterinarian! We're so happy that you all are flourishing together. Thank you for giving him a wonderful home!
I realized I meant to reply right away but ended up going home soon after for a long weekend to see Duke. He's loving his life up in CT with his new family. He went through Petco's training classes and is almost done with his Adult 2 classes and on his way to being certified as a canine good citizen. He's had to have some medical procedures to take care of some issues but other than that he's having the time of his life. I've attached some pictures of his time in CT so far!
Kayleigh Just a couple pics to update how Albert is doing. He has adjusted very well and he's actually a affectionate baby when he wants attention or if I have been at work all day. He looks amazing! Thanks for the update!
