Nash came to our shelter in early January. When we first saw him, we could tell that he was in immense pain and he couldn't walk or move. X-rays later revealed that his femur was fractured completely, requiring an amputation. He soon went into surgery for his leg, and came out a brand new cat! He was sent into our foster program where he recovered in a quiet, home setting and learned to walk very well in his new tripedal state. He was soon jumping around and playing like a normal cat again! Nash came back to the shelter fully-healed and was adopted in no time by a family that saw his picture on our social media. This loving, sweet boy is now enjoying his forever home with his dog and cat siblings, and human brother too. His adopter says: "Little Nash is adjusting well to our home! Thank you for helping us adopt him. He LOVES my son and we just love him." Comments are closed.
